Creative Specialist - Mexico

Konstant Kreative is seeking a Creative Specialist with expertise in creative strategy and ad creation. You'll manage the entire creative process, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality output that meets client objectives.**Key success metrics**:- Client satisfaction maintained at 80% or higher- Ad creation and turnaround meet client expectations- Average client retention of 6+ monthsYou will lead campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with client goals.**Key Responsibilities**- Write and edit copy for marketing materials, including creative content, ads, and websites.- Assess client media assets, repurposing media, and identifying asset needs.- Create detailed creative briefs to guide the work of designers and ensure alignment with client goals.- Oversee the execution of creative projects to ensure they are submitted on time, meet quality standards, and satisfy client expectations.- Review creative work and provide feedback to align with client objectives.- Participate in weekly creative review calls with clients and stakeholders, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.- Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.**Requirements**:- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy and ideation or similar roles.- Proven ability to work on multiple creative projects simultaneously.- Excellent writing and copyediting skills.
