Sword Health is seeking a dynamic Creative Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and content creation. This role requires a leader who can inspire writers and designers to achieve excellence and produce groundbreaking work that aligns with our brand vision and goals.What you'll be doing:Concept Development + Ideation:Generate innovative, attention grabbing creative concepts for b2b + b2c campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience(s); Have the drive and passion to push the boundaries of what we've done and the curiosity to question where we can go; Collaborate closely with internal creative team to craft compelling stories and visual elements.Campaign Strategy + Leadership:Assist in producing forward-thinking creative strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with our audience; Work with internal marketing leadership to determine the most effective channels for campaign distribution to reach the target audience; Stay ahead of market trends and integrate cutting-edge techniques into campaign strategies
