Creator Management Intern

At Kwai, we are looking for a support profile to manage creators and develop internal strategies.
Someone to run and track some of the community activities within our creator base in Mexico, Colombia, and other Latam countries.
This person must have a passion for social media and the digital world, have an innovative mindset, and be willing to face any type of problem that improves the Importante empresa for our creators.
Responsibilities Track activities related to creators to help them increase their growth in both audience and content improvement.
Support for creators, making sure to help creators to solve different problems to improve their Importante empresa on the platform.
Work closely with the operations team to implement campaigns that grow theplatform.
Have constant communication with creators and agencies to keep our partners correctly informed.
Weekly reports of activities and their impact on the general objectives.
Requirements Studies related to areas of communication, marketing, advertising or similar.
Studying between 6th and 8th semester.
Passion for social media platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Understanding the ecosystem of creators and influencer marketing.
100% bilingual between English and Spanish Know how to work in a team and be proactive.
Good communicator, both in writing and in presentation.
This involves good spelling and writing.
Bonus points:
Direct contact with content creators and influencers.
Be up to date with trends in the media and around the world that may be relevant within the platform.
