Our Team
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.
- Responsible for building and operating the empowering and growth system of CapCut creators;
- Manage the education and training system of CapCut creators and agencies, delivering knowledge of the editing and platform regulations and improving their in-app performance;
- Collaborate with the content team to improve in-app content creation quality and increase target content production;
- Collaborate with the commercial team for the monetization of creators and agencies.
- 3+ years of working in content creator's operation or related programs. Experience with short video creators/ agencies for local marketing is preferred.
- Good at communication and passion with creator's operation work.
- Familiar with digital content eco-system/platforms and data analytics.
- Fluent in English, experienced in remote online collaboration, and highly committed to the position.
