Acting as a team leader to coordinate the activities of the work of Credit&Collection team.
Being backup for Credit &Collections Manager, when the Credit&Collection Manager is on vacation & sick leave & traveling- Has wide experience in dealing with complicated customer payment issues and developing solutionsSupervising and guiding the teamActing as the main support to Credit & Collection Manager to achieve KPIs.
Supervise any newcomer to Department by introducing the market and orienting to the rolePerforming the regular tasks of Credit&Collection with excellence without any supervision requiredIdentifies the issues at his/her customer's issues proactively and develops fast solution with coordination of all Departments before it becomes an OverdueHas expertise and knowledge of all advanced customers, where the collection is more complicatedCommunicate and collaborate with division sales, division finance, functional areas, and Credit & Collections personnel to mitigate risk and maximize profitable business opportunitiesImplementing policies and procedures governing collections and risk management.
