Customer Service Role. Collaborate with US Healthcare companies to ensure that their providers meet all necessary US regulatory requirements, enabling them to provide patient care.

**Job Requirements**
- **Must **be proficient in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
- **Must** be able to work effectively within a team and independently. (Ability to work independently and to prioritize and manage multiple projects.)
- **Must** have computer proficiency and the ability to learn and work with software that manages customer information.
- **Must** have strong critical thinking skills to analyze situations, assess options, and make informed decisions based on logic and reasoning.
- **Preferred** experience in customer service.
- **Does NOT** need to know the healthcare credentialing space. We will train and develop this skill set.
- **Does NOT** need previous work experience (new grads welcome!).
