Credit Analyst

**Activities**:

- Complete credit investigative work utilizing credit reports, references, and internet searches to establish customer credit limits within established guidelines
- Analyze information to determine if the account is eligible for a credit line increase and set credit limits accordingly
- Review and adjust customer lines of credit
- Maintain general credit mailbox
- Maintain current information in support of established credit limits making recommendations to management
- Maintain a positive relationship with the sales, and customers by utilizing good communication and collaboration
- Escalate key issues to the Credit Manager or VP of Finance

**Requirements**:

- Customer Service/Relationship Management
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office platform
- Intermediate Excel skills are a must
- Data entry/typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- 1 year of business-to-business credit investigation experience preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Familiar with credit reporting agencies (e.g., DNB, ANSONIA)
