About the roleAt Carrier, the Credit Analyst plays a critical role in evaluating the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers, ensuring sound financial decisions are made that support the company's profitable growth.Key Responsibilities :Analyzes, reviews and maintains credit and collection activities in accordance with principles and standards. Examines and complies with billing, credit and collection procedures, and accounts receivable reporting to ensure accuracy of data and reports.Perform monthly and quarterly closing processes independently.Leads the implementation of small and medium scale projects to improve the functioning of the discipline.Develops and documents credit and collection control policies, procedures and processes to ensure the proper functioning of processes.Prepares budget and forecast reports to identify deviations and enable corrective action by relevant stakeholders.Reconcile invoices, verify balances, track discrepancies, and maintain supplier files to ensure efficient invoice processing.Ensures that credit applications are accurately evaluated and outstanding debts are followed up in accordance with established collection objectives.Consults with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial and credit transactions.RequirementsBachelor's degree completed in LAE, Accounting or similar3 years of experience in credit areasExperience in financial statement analysisKnowledge in collections is a plusAdvanced English levelKnowledge of ERP system : Oracle, JDIntermediate Excel levelBenefitsWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.Our commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
