You will be responsible for maintaining a balanced credit risk across all accounts which fall in line with company policy, while developing strong business relationships with customers and internal teams via phone calls.JOB DUTIES:Perform collections of past-due invoices, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective action with the customer and internal partners to ensure timeliness of future payments.Influence customer payment behaviors by actively reaching out to customers of ADI via phone to ensure payments are a priority within the customers' payables resulting in a direct impact on the cash flow of the company.Receive incoming calls from customers and internal teams to assist with multiple requests such as payments, past dues, and orders inquiries.Organize & analyze all internal and external customer accounts and identify all collection issues.Assist with monthly forecast reporting and collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders.YOU MUST HAVE:1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, or a Finance related role.Prior experience with advanced usage of the English language inclusive of written and verbal communication.Proven ability to manipulate and update Microsoft Excel documents to track customer invoicing– working experience with pivot tables, formulas, and macros.WE VALUE:Prior knowledge or experience within accounting.Ability to actively solve problems with a focus on driving results.Experience providing excellent customer service.Hands-on experience navigating a computer.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data.SHIFTS AVAILABLE:Regular shift: 7:00 am to 16:30 pm Summer / 8:00 am to 17:30 pm Winter (CST)WHAT'S IN FOR YOU:Great work environment and exceptional Resideo benefits.Ability to grow into different areas of the organization based on expertise and interest.#J-18808-Ljbffr
