Join us.**Job Summary**:Provide credit and documentation support in Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation (CFSC) region offices**Principal duties and responsibilities**:- Perform the daily credit approval analysis including credit investigation activities for the assigned cases.- Determines CFSC customer credit worthiness, approves/rejects CFSC customer deals within approved credit authority, recommends deals beyond credit authority, and restructures customer deals.- Ensures dealer and customer financing covenant compliance reviews are conducted as appropriate.- Participate in on-site audits of dealer and customer financial records and machine inventories when needed.- Make sure all required documentation and deal conditions are met prior to the contract elaboration.- Assist in making sure documents such as financial statements, credit bureau report and other customer information are properly and safely stored and accessible for reference by multiple departments.- Assist in making sure the accuracy of data entry into the system relative such as lines of credit terms & conditions, expiration dates, probabilities of default, customer risk rating, among others.- Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department- Develops and implements individual goals and career development plans and take all mandatory and suggested trainings.- Understands the Equal Opportunity and Harassment policies of the company, applies them in all aspects of management and maintains an environment, which is consistent with these policies. In addition to the Ethics & Compliance policy observance as well as Code of Conduct and the Values in Action.**Basic Qualifications**:- University degree and 4-year experience in credit, collections, customer services, sales, marketing, documentation, financial statement analysis and/or accounting.- Fluent English**Behavioral Skills**:- Strong integrity, teamwork, communication, commitment, planning, execution, and troubleshooting skills.- Knowledge of finance and leasing products, policies and procedures and the ability to adapt those concepts to the customer's host country environment
