Help us deliver solutions that ensure Life Is On everywhere, for everyone and at every moment.What do you get to do in this position?Take control of a portfolio of approximately 300 customers mainly from the United States.Reconcile customer's balances and provide constant updates of account status.Follow up on customer portfolios.Provide support to the sales area and report to the head of the department.Achieve personal objectives and reduce overdue amounts.Maintain a portfolio with current balances.Conduct collection activities.Negotiate with customers to get payment in a timely fashion.Manage every type of claim or deduction.QualificationsWe know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
