****About JumpCloud****What you'll be doing**:- Oversee the day-to-day work of collections to ensure that all accounts are followed up on in a timely manner, and keep collections activity accurate and up to date- Oversight of Billing & Collections Team; coach and train team asneeded to ensure high quality and efficient productivity.- Decision maker on escalated customer issues.- Communicate and correspond with customers and sales representatives to question and/or investigate past-due or unpaid invoices.- Provides invoice copies and supporting documents to customers.- Research and resolve all customer billing disputes.- Provide regular reporting to Management on outstanding AR by Customer.- Compiles and completes month end reporting, including Allowance for Doubtful accountsProvide recommendations for settlement and payment plan options.- Evaluate and create standard operating procedures for collection/recovery solutions- Help improve our DSO and reduce bad debt**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience- 6+ years of collection experience; 3 + years of collections management experience supervising a team.- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the order to cash processes.- Experience in business-to-business collections preferred- Excellent decision-making, communication, and leadership skills- You are a problem solver, leading from the front while bringing creativity and efficiency- Ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing- Strong attention to detail- Customer service mindset- Netsuite experience preferred.- High proficiency in Excel**Where you'll be working/Location**:- JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.This role is remote in the country of Mexico.
