**About the role**
As a Credit Cards Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our credit card services, overseeing key aspects such as payments, fraud management, and operational processes.
Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end management of credit card operations, ensuring seamless functionality and adherence to industry standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage credit card operations, including, payments, fraud management
and everything related to day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement all the required credit card and operational
processes to ensure an effective product launch.
- Support product development by identifying the different factors we need
to consider before launching the product.
- Implementing anti-fraud measures on credit cards to reduce risks and
follow up on these cases should they occur.
- Creation of monitoring rules.
- Monitoring card transactions.
**Requirements**:
- Academic background in engineering, business, or finance.
- 1 year experience in a credit cards operation role.
- Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes.
- Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor!
