The C&C Scrum Master is a member of the regional Credit & Collection leadership team reporting to the C&C Sr. Manager and is responsible for timely and quality credit and cash collections on the assigned portfolio for the team.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of operational team and processes
- Provide functional guidance, training, and assistance to team members
- Allocate and prioritize tasks among team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Coordinate team meetings and ensure communication within and between teams in Finance OtC department
- Deliver defined KPI reports on time for all operational related activities
- Seek continuous improvement opportunities and implement process improvements or standardizations
- Identify skill gaps in team and participate in individual performance reviews for team members
**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in economics or finance
- Min. 7+ years work experience in senior role in finance activities in Order to Cash
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in coaching or mentoring teams
- Advanced level of English, both verbally and written
- High level understanding and overview of the end to end Order to Cash processes
- Advanced MS Excel user
- Advanced SAP FSCM and AR user
