Manager, Order to CashWhat do you get to do in this position?Accounts reconciliationDigitization and process automationParticipation in finance transformationSupport the finance Credit and collections teamQualifications: This job might be for you if:Active bachelor students from 6th semester and up related to finance or accounting.Key Responsibilities:Follow up on customers and delinquent invoices.Provide support to the sales area and reporting to Credit management.Reduce overdue amounts of outstanding balances.Maintain a portfolio with current balances.Work closely with order administration, customer master data, and the sales team to set up new customers and establish appropriate Credit limits.Assist in Credit reviews and references for new customers.Take appropriate action such as Credit hold; ability to work independently with little or no guidance.Facilitate sales and manage risk by reviewing order exposures.Skills Required:Intermediate accounting knowledge.Good communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to build relationships across teams.Basic computer skills.Intermediate prioritization skills.Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $17,** - $21,** MXN MonthlyLocation: MX-JAL-Tlaquepaque, Mexico (HPE Guad office)Time Type: Full timeJob Category: Business#J-18808-Ljbffr
