We seek a Credit & Fraud Strategy Director to guide the company to ensure we effectively prevent would-be fraudsters from getting access and leveraging the opportunity to increase bill pay limits to pay members' bills, collect the funds on time and help customers deepen their credit experience.**Main Responsibilities**:- Partner with department leaders to ensure bill pay exposure and cost of capital is built into decision-making.- Conduct quantitative analysis to decide the thresholds for members to access bill pay.- Develop and continuously enhance policies, processes, and controls to mitigate credit risk exposure and prevent fraud.- Ensure that collection activities are performed on all accounts with a past-due balance in accordance with corporate policy and applicable regulations.- Adopt and implement collection strategies aligned with various customer types, products, and applicable regulations.- Evaluate and monitor compliance with bill pay policies to ensure proper controls are in place.- Develop a system of controls for early detection of exposure risk.- Consult with department leaders to develop and manage communication in relation to customer bill pay limit availability.- Establish and oversee the timely measurement of key metrics and reports.**Requirements**:- Analytical skills, project management, and relationship-building skills- Leadership and solution-oriented mindset- Advanced English communication skills- 4+ years of Credit/Fraud risk management experienceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Días por enfermedad- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaExperiência:- Credit & Fraud: 4 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)- Health insurance
