The Credit Initiation Supervisor is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to assess the ability of individuals, companies and institutions to meet the demands of loans, agreements and extended obligations in coordination with the Operations - Services team.The overall objective of this role is to ensure financial threats to the company are minimized by determining the terms or level of credit that can be granted without undue risk.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise a small team of Credit Initiation Specialists, and ensure the quality of tasks, and performance goals are met
- Manage exceptions utilizing credit knowledge and signing authority and train and coach Credit Initiation Specialists
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of customer documentation and recorded information within computerized systems
- Interpret procedures and policies to guide support staff in resolving complex problems
- Serve as a backup to the Senior Supervisor, escalate problems and recommend revisions to procedures as needed
- Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions, and analyzing information to provide evaluative judgements
- Provide input on training and development needs for assigned personnel
**Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Familiarity and understanding of financial industry preferred
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

- Realizar consultas y análisis de información de procesos y bases de datos.
- Elaborar, analizar y presentar reportes de métricas estratégicas y operativas, así como de indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y llevar a cabo las acciones definidas derivadas del análisis de la información generada.
- Participar en actividades de coordinación con otras aéreas dentro de la empresa a nível Local (por ejemplo, tecnología) para procesar eficazmente las actualizaciones necesarias que den soporte a la captura de la información y corrección de información.
**Habilidades y competencias**:
- **_ Experiência relevante en análisis de información y manejo de bases de datos relacionales._**
- **_ Conocimiento en paquetería de Microsoft Office principalmente conocimientos sólidos en Excel y Access (Tablas dinámicas, consultas, Importación de datos)._**
