The Role We are looking for a Credit Risk Monitoring Specialist (Data & Engines) in Brasil or Mexico Cityto be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. At Clip He/She will be responsible for managing and optimizing the credit risk platform infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and efficiency to support our lending operations and strategic initiatives. What will I be doing? Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for credit risk Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability for processes Implement and maintain credit risk policies Optimizing decision-making processes, ensuring the scalability and efficiency of the credit risk platform, implementing strategies that enhance both the speed and effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, risk analysts, IT, and product to ensure alignment with business objectives Provide technical guidance and support to team members working on credit risk projects Assure regulatory compliance for credit risk assessment Technical: Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and their application in credit risk. Knowledge in Python Strong proficiency in data engineering, ETL processes, and data warehousing using Databricks Knowledge in Monitoring or Engines Knowledge of FICO tools and their integration into credit risk platforms is considered a plus Communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders Ideal Candidate Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, etc.).
