**The Role**
We are looking for a **Credit Platform & Analytics Engineering Specialist in Brasil or Mexico City** **to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech.
The Analytics Engineer in the Credit Platform Team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining analytical solutions and optimize credit & collection processes.
This role involves leveraging data engineering skills to ensure accurate and efficient collection, transformation, and integration of data from various sources.
The Analytics Engineer will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to build scalable data pipelines, develop robust data models, and deliver tools to enhance credit risk assessment, customer creditworthiness evaluation, and overall credit portfolio management.
At Clip He/She will be responsible for managing and optimizing the credit risk platform infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and efficiency to support our lending operations and strategic initiatives.
**What will I be doing?
**
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for credit risk & collection
- Ensure efficient data integration with external data providers
- Optimizing decision-making processes, ensuring the scalability and efficiency of the credit risk platform, implementing strategies that enhance both the speed and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, risk analysts, IT, and product to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Assure regulatory compliance for credit risk & collection assessment
**Technical**:
- **Skills and experience in using SQL**:
- **Proficient in Python, Pyspark and Airflow (Databricks - Java is a plus)**:
- Experience with developing data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehousing solutions
- Proficiency in working with credit-related information
- Strong data management skill
- Experience with AWS tools is a plus
- Data analysis experience in credit environment is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, etc.).
- We are looking in Sao Paulo Brasil or México City
- Generally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in data positions as engineering, scientist, mlops, data management, data analysis or related field.
- Experience in Financial Services or Credit Risk áreas.
