Credit Risk Platform Specialist

**The Role**

We are looking for a **Credit Risk Platform Specialistt** to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech.

At Clip He/She will be responsible for managing and optimizing the credit risk platform infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and efficiency to support our lending operations and strategic initiatives.

**What will I be doing?**
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for credit risk
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability for processes
- Implement and maintain credit risk policies
- Optimizing decision-making processes, ensuring the scalability and efficiency of the credit risk platform, implementing strategies that enhance both the speed and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, risk analysts, IT, and product to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members working on credit risk projects
- Assure regulatory compliance for credit risk assessment

**Technical**:

- Knowledge in Python
- Strong proficiency in data engineering, ETL processes, and data warehousing using Databricks
- Knowledge of FICO tools and their integration into credit risk platforms is considered a plus
- Communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, etc.).
- Proven experience of 3 years working with the end-to-end credit risk lifecycle and deployment in a production environment
- We are looking in Mexico City or Sao Paolo, Brazil.
