Credit Supervisor

The Credit Supervisor at IFF will be responsible for effective and efficient performance of the credit and collection activities for the North America Customer portfolio managed from the Mexico SSC., he will also be responsible for accurate and timely reporting and interpretation of financial data, metrics and results as generated within the team.
In addition, the Supervisor will be accountable for effective staffing and people development.
He will communicate within the team and to the stakeholders outside/inside of the SSC.- Responsible for planning, organizing and managing credit and collection activities for the Customer Portfolio in the Center in alignment with agreed objectives.- Accountable for day to day execution of credit operational activities with the aim of maximizing receivable turnover and minimizing cost of receivables.- Ensures accurate, complete and timely preparation and reporting of Credit Center Portfolio metrics and results.
**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's in accounting, economics or finance- Proven team leadership skills; ability to effectively influence and motivate others, and an ability to work effectively with all levels.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.- SAP knowledge- Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Power Point, etc.- Experience in service centers is a plus- Six sigma or process improvement certification is a plus
