Overall Management within in the credit department of assigned responsibilities which would include but not limited to the following; metrics, team development and contribution in the overall Business Goals & Objectives within ADI. This position consists of 1 Region, 6 Associates, $27-30M in AR and 4,000-6000 active accounts. Ability to work in a fast pace, high intensity & everchanging environment while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and a continuous customer experience both to internal and external customers.**JOB DUTIES**:- Drive & Deliver Target numbers on a monthly basis in regards to DSO, Past due $'s, Past due %'s, cash collections & bad debt- Evaluate Credit Worthiness by way of risk analysis- Partner with Sales Team for account resolutions- Act on escalation issues from your team, branches and sales organization- Monitor productivity of the team as a whole and individuals in regards to call volume, follow Up, past due dollars & percentages.- Minimize Bad Debt by way of account recon's, payment plans, payment options and weighing ability of the customer and their business to be able to repay the debt- Drive dispute resolution and identify root cause of disputes.
