In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system and growth tools to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
You'll work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure our tools are seamlessly integrated and delivering maximum impact.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain our CRM system (i.E., Hubspot)Develop and implement CRM strategies to support marketing campaigns and initiativesCreate workflows to automate processesSegment customer data and create targeted email campaignsTrack and analyze key CRM metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvementResearch and evaluate new growth tools and technologiesImplement and integrate growth tools with existing systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeysStay up-to-date on the latest CRM and growth marketing best practicesQualifications:3+ years of experience in a CRM or growth marketing roleStrong understanding of CRM principles and best practicesExperience with email marketing and marketing automationProficiency in data analysis and reportingExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPassion for healthcare and technologyBonus Points:Experience with HubspotExperience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimizationKnowledge of SQL or other data query languagesWork on an ambitious mission to improve how people take care of their health.Intentional freedom.
