As part of a leading marketing agency specializing in the senior living sector, this role is critical to ensuring seamless technology integration and functionality for our partners.
You will be responsible for setting up and optimizing marketing automation tools and conducting regular audits to ensure peak performance and compliance with best practices.This position is full-time, hybrid, and located in Guadalajara.English proficiency skills are required.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding New PartnersConfigure and optimize software platforms for new partner MAP onboarding.Set up integrations between marketing automation platforms and partner CRMs, call tracking, survey tools, chatbots, and other technologies.Create and implement forms, landing pages, and automated email workflows tailored to partner needs.Provide technical guidance on new systems and processes.Technology Audits & MaintenanceConduct ongoing audits of partner software and marketing technology systems.Diagnose and resolve functionality issues, including integrations, connectivity, and data tracking.Analyze performance metrics, identifying trends or discrepancies to recommend improvements.Review and update software configurations regularly to meet evolving marketing goals.Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary.Strategic ImprovementsDevelop action plans for optimizing partner systems to achieve marketing objectives.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools, recommending their adoption when applicable.Partner with stakeholders to align technology solutions with broader marketing strategies.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, business, digital marketing, data science, or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, technology implementation, or a similar field.Proven expertise with marketing automation platforms such as ActiveDEMAND, HubSpot, as well as working knowledge of industry standard CRMs, call tracking tools, and chatbots.
Experience with Roobrik, Further, CallRail, WelcomeHome, and Aline preferred.Strong knowledge of integrations between CRM, CMS, and analytics tools.Experience designing and implementing automated workflows, landing pages, and forms.Analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve system performance issues.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Some experience presenting results to superiors.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with marketing in the senior living or B2C sectors.Technical proficiency in managing APIs and data integrations.Ability to provide effective documentation for team members and partners.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package
