Arrow provides extraordinary value to customers and suppliers - the best technology companies in the world - and connects them through the company's industry-leading services.**Qualifications**:- At least 5+ years of work experience in Salesforce development projects and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform.- Good understanding of relational databases and object-oriented coding.- Experience in code refactoring to follow best practices.- Experience in SFDX, CI/CD tools (Github, Microsoft Azure DevOps etc.)- Experience working with Visual Studio code and source version control tool like Git.- Experience on developing custom Lightning Components using Aura and Lightning Web Components. 2+ years of hands-on experience on LWC development.- Experience with Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, Case Management process.- Experience in Database modeling, jquery, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript.- Experience with agile methodologies.- Very good communication skills**Responsibilities:- Design and develop custom solutions in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, JavaScript, Flows, Approval Processes, Apex, assignment/escalation rules and other Salesforce automation features.- Work with Product owners and business analysts to analyze the requirements, design and develop the solution.- Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.**Work Arrangement**:- Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.**What's In It **For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
