We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, configuring inbound campaigns launches and iterating through communication channels.
As a CRM Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in proposed automated solutions focused on customer acquisition, loyalty, retention, and maintenance.
What you'll be doing at albo:
- Develop journeys and funnels for generating new customers.
- Follow up on marketing requirements made by different teams within albo.
- Implement retention and loyalty actions.
- Review the content and quality of campaigns, as well as their proper functioning after being launched.
- Interpret results and collect feedback from teams and be the point of contact for any issues related to campaign performance and functionality.
- Maintain constant communication with different teams: IT, Data, Marketing, etc., including external providers.
- Create and standardize a quality checklist for CRM integrations.
About you and what type of skills you'll need:
- +2 years of experience working as a Campaign Specialist, Marketing QA, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience handling direct communication software for customer relationship management (CRM), such as Clevertap, Hubspot, Salesforce, Clientify, Zoho, etc.
- Understanding of marketing rules and automation software.
- Basic understanding of marketing indicators and their relationships: impressions, clicks, sends, opens, views, conversion rates, etc.
- Experience creating multi-product marketing campaigns
- Enthusiasm about learning new techniques and processes.
- Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with competitive deadlines and prioritize deliverables.
- Extreme ownership mindset, taking accountability for high-quality results and demonstrating strong organizational skills.
