Ford Pro puts the Pro in Productivity for our commercial customers. This exciting and pivotal position will support the approach in Ford's pioneering market, with the ambition to deliver a world class customer experience in conjunction with relevant and targeted marketing activities.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer centric digital marketing and marketing automation required, with experience in B2B lead management preferred
- Experience in Salesforce ecosystem, preferably with a certification in either Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Experience working with marketing agencies in delivering data-driven journey-based CRM messaging
- Understanding of data models and strategy, and experience in managing customer data, including privacy/CCPA/GDPR requirements as a business stakeholder
- Self-starter, with record of taking responsibility for key assignments, collaborating and delivering results cross functionally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate and test new ideas and approaches.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Team player and collaborator, with the ability to work well with others and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

Responsabilities:
- Your mission is to drive the acquisition and digital nurturing of leads for Ford Pro in North America with omni-channel customer journeys and campaigns including full-funnel always-on/triggered campaigns as well as support Ford Pro vehicles and product launches
- You are familiar with customer data and segmentation, and drive data quality and enrichment to better target and engage our customers and leads.
- Analytics and optimization are close to your heart. Based on the results and conversion of your campaigns, you continuously optimize and test new approaches.
- You will collaborate closely with both the sales and business teams as well as the technology and data teams across North America and the globe.
- You will support North American markets in driving more higher quality leads, ensuring robust lead follow-up processes with lead qualification leveraging our outbound calling team
- You will be empowered to identify opportunities and ideas to do things differently, and communicate your findings and solution proposals to FordPro management
