.CRM Channel Specialist Location: MexicoType: Full-timeDepartment: DigitalSummary The Marketing Channel Specialist will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels using CRM systems. This role involves managing the implementation of email campaigns, web content, and other marketing activities, ensuring they are executed effectively and in alignment with campaign goals.Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Set up and manage email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, journey build, content placement, and ensuring timely delivery using CRM platforms like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, Drupal, or similar for execution of web content updates and landing pages, ensuring they are aligned with campaign objectives and deadlines.Content Management: Implement and manage marketing assets such as email templates, web pages, and promotional content in accordance with campaign plans.Ensure all content and assets meet brand guidelines and are delivered in a timely manner.Operational Efficiency: Follow established processes for campaign execution to ensure smooth and timely delivery.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during campaign execution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Collaboration: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Work closely with marketing managers to understand campaign requirements and ensure accurate execution.Coordinate with offshore teams, to ensure alignment and address any operational issues related to campaign execution.Performance Monitoring: Monitor the execution of campaigns to ensure they adhere to schedules and quality standards.Provide regular updates and status reports on campaign progress and execution to marketing managers.Best Practices: Apply best practices for campaign execution to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.Stay informed about the latest trends and tools in marketing execution to continually improve processes.Eligibility Requirements Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.Experience with email marketing tools, web content management systems, and digital marketing platforms.Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.Certifications (Preferred): Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or similar certification.Certification in digital marketing or related tools (e.G., HubSpot)
