The agency's award-winning combination of technology and talent help it to deliver paid media, UX, SEO, social media, analytics, optimization, creative and development solutions.We are growing our CRM team in Mexico and are looking for a talented individual to work on existing client retainer business, and support new business and strategic partner activities.Responsabilities- Analyse campaign results and reporting campaign performance, summarising key insights, and offering recommendations.- Work with the analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure campaign success.- Support and develop multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns including targeting, set-up, end-to-end testing, execution, strategic analysis, and optimization.- Write detailed briefs for creative and development teams and collaborate to create world class campaigns.- Serve as a main point of contact for data integration for multiple platforms and systems ensuring integrated program management and optimal use of third-party programs and partnerships.- Onboard and support clients on strategic partner platforms such as Braze, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
**Requirements**:- Experience in CRM with working knowledge of sophisticated marketing automation solutions- Experience with CRM software (e.G., IBM Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Exponea, Braze, Emarsys, and/or Hubspot a plus)- Ability to analyze data issues and produce working solutions- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Working knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.G., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)**Key Attributes**:- A motivated self starter- Exhibits a high level of attention to detail- Highly analytical and data driven- An outgoing, positive thinker, with consistent levels of evident enthusiasm- Flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure- Open, honest and direct, is comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback- Has high personal standards and promotes them in others- A valued team member, who upholds Jellyfish's values and professional integrity at all times
