In this role, you'll work alongside the Senior Client Engagement Manager and a passionate marketing team to enhance our customer engagement efforts and drive measurable results.
You'll build and execute innovative CRM strategies that improve key customer metrics like active clients, trade volume, and retention.
From designing seamless customer journeys to collaborating on integrated campaigns, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional experiences for clients.This is more than a tactical role – you'll be strategic with bringing fresh ideas to the table, leverage data to make informed decisions, and ensure every campaign delivers impact.
