You'll focus on acquiring and engaging SME and mid-market prospects in Spain, ensuring that our marketing efforts align with business market goals and deliver measurable pipeline growth. This role will involve cross-team collaboration, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.Your role is a key piece of the team; you'll be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive strategies across the full marketing funnel and requires a highly cross-functional approach, necessitating close partnerships across sales, partners, growth ops, and more.You will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of all always-on programs with the goal of increasing Factorial awareness in Spain, generating demand to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth, and improved funnel conversion. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for testing, learning, and iterating. You are data-driven with deep expertise in measuring, tracking, and reporting on demand generation programs.Your Mission, Should You Choose to AcceptLead digital emailing and always-on lead nurturing programs, taking responsibility for guiding prospects through the buyer's journey and creating new Sales Accepted Opportunities.Development and optimization of workflows and automation processes to ensure accurate database management, aligning with market strategies and enhancing prospects engagement.Auditing the use of HubSpot and all relevant technology stack, providing guidance for the business looking to maximize our platform applications use and success.Align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring campaigns hit the right audience and drive revenue.Orchestrate the effective execution of marketing campaigns through the sales teams (AEs, SDRs) by timely briefing teams on campaign messaging and sales hooks, ensuring they are familiar with what sequences to use and when, monitor results and iterate and improve sequences based on closed loop feedback.Work with teams across sales, product, creative, and RevOps to build integrated campaigns that resonate with the Spanish market.Implement and measure A/B testing activities to improve performance effectiveness and refresh best practices.Work with business leadership and ABM project manager on the identification and prioritization of key accounts and cluster campaigns. Leverage existing marketing assets creatively to meet the specific needs of the account, as well as creating new account-specific content and campaigns.QualificationsProficiency with HubSpot (PowerBI is a plus)You are a native-level Spanish speaker & fluent in English
