Charger Logistics is seeking a well-rounded individual able to work in a fast-paced environment to join our team at the company's office in Juriquilla, Queretaro, Mexico.As a Sales Administrator, you'll interact with employees, understand and document their processes, and implement automation in our CRM to support the client's goals.Responsibilities:Perform configuration and customization of the HubSpot CRMImplement, test, and refine automation in HubSpotCreate detailed reports regarding sales, miles, and indicatorsGenerate flow charts and process diagramsWork with clients to understand their processes, document them, and improve themCoordination of work teams to meet commercial management objectivesDevelop best practices for how to customize the HubSpot CRMTrain employees on how to use HubSpot for Sales, Marketing, and Service operationsManage regular client meetings and communications, including:Taking detailed notes with action items and sharing with clientsUse and refine best practices and tools for project execution and management to share with the teammatesDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to clientsDevelop and present new project management strategies and documentation needed to help train the team so they can better serve clientsComplete and maintain relevant HubSpot certifications and attend in-person and virtual educational eventsRequirements:2-3 years of CRM or Marketing Automation experience (HubSpot preferred)2 years in a similar roleDemonstrated experience with HubSpot's workflow and sequence platformWell-developed written communication skills and presentation skillsAbility to stay organized and detail-oriented with minimal supervisionPersuasion skills and good communicationWe offer competitive career growth, life insurance, a competitive pay package, a savings fund, food coupons, a performance-based bonus, paid time-off, and a Christmas bonus.
