We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our playAWARDS Marketing team. As a CRM Specialist at PLAYSTUDIOS, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our strategy and content to excite and engage our players through the effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and strategies. Working closely with in-house design and copy teams, you will help to create and develop our player journeys and support all CRM operations for playAWARDS.

**Responsibilities**:
- Implement and maintain CRM campaigns to streamline customer data management.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Create and manage customer segments for targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with CRM strategies.
- Support team members on CRM tool usage and best practices and industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience working with CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or a related role.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. Braze, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
Preferred
- Experience with Jira, Asana, or Monday.
