In this role, you will be instrumental in launching and optimizing our email marketing channel, supporting our site's SEO strategy, and managing push notifications. Your efforts will help build strong customer relationships, drive engagement, and ultimately contribute to our business growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers, and promote our products and services.Create and manage automated email workflows using HubSpot to streamline communications and improve lead conversion.Design and implement segmented email lists to target specific customer groups.Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.Optimize email content and design based on performance metrics and A/B testing results.Collaborate with the content and web development teams to enhance the company website's SEO performance.Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and improved search engine rankings.Track and analyze SEO metrics, providing regular reports on website traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators.Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility.Analyze the website to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation, improve the user experience, and enhance site conversions.Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, call-to-action buttons, and other key elements to optimize performance.Utilize analytics tools to track and report on conversion metrics and make data-driven recommendations.Work with cross-functional teams to align CRM activities with overall marketing and business objectives.Prepare and present regular reports on CRM campaign performance, SEO progress, and push notification effectiveness.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance CRM strategies.What do you need?Proficiency with HubSpot's workflow tool for creating and managing automated email campaigns.3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, site conversion, SEO, or related roles.Experience with push notification tools and strategies.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Nice to have..
