**Job Title: CRM Specialist****SUMMARY**:The CRM Specialist plans and coordinates the implementation of CRM campaigns. Working alongside the eCommerce and Media Plan teams, they develop and activate a promotional campaign calendar focused on increasing consumer moments of consumption and branding, with the goal of representing 50% of eCommerce D2C Sales.**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...**- Responsible for developing and operating a CRM strategic framework aligned with different audience types, consumer behavior, and moments of consumption. They propose improvements and optimizations to creativity, segments, and communication channels based on results analysis.- Develop, maintain, and implement a creative calendar and segmentation matrices for different consumer types, including A/B testing.- Coordinate the collection and analysis of CRM data from over 500,000 consumers. They generate hypotheses, validate them, and suggest data-powered activations with clear business objectives.- Create easy-to-understand data visualizations, presentations, and provide logical insights and actionable recommendations to business units and key accounts.**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**:- Experience as a CRM Administrator in a consumer-focused company.- Experience in online sales and implementation of full-funnel campaigns.- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.- Knowledge of Zoho, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Oracle, Zendesk, Salesforce, SEO, and digital marketing in ecommerce.
