The Marketing Systems Administrator manages and supports marketing information systems used to support sales and marketing operations including CRM, marketing automation, website content management system and Google tools. Position is full time.**Key Responsibilities**- Administer and maintain sales and marketing software and related systems.- Leverage information to support business decisions by sales and marketing.- Ensure data is accurate and meets strict data standards and protocols.- Use marketing automation to support campaigns for lead generation and lead nurturing.- Develop and implement training plans, including creation of training materials for users.- Oversee website maintenance and improvements in conjunction with 3rd party web developers. Technical configuration of Wordpress should optimize SEO and website response times.- Use Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager), to track website traffic and user behavior and provide monthly reports.- Engage with external website vendor as needed.- Track and report website metrics using Google tools, website form completions and social media dashboards.
