Be part of a team driving real results.This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.What You'll DoConduct in-depth audits using qualitative and quantitative data to pinpoint areas for conversion improvement.Lead client calls, presenting insights, findings, and strategic recommendations.Maintain top-tier client communication to ensure alignment with their goals.Oversee task pipelines and ensure project deadlines are met.Manage and mentor team members to foster collaboration and accountability.What You NeedMinimum 3 years of experience in CRO, with a proven track record of driving meaningful outcomes.Strong client management and team leadership experience.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.CXL certification (or similar) is preferred.Deep analytical skills and a natural problem-solver.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Analytical and data-driven mindset.Proactive and resourceful, able to self-manage with minimal supervision.Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to both the team and clients' success.Efficient at managing multiple projects with ease.As a CRO Specialist, you'll need to be well-versed in the following platforms, tools, and methodologies:Proficiency in Google Analytics, VWO, Shopify, and Heatmap tools.Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and CRO best practices.Knowledge of UX principles and their impact on conversions.Basic knowledge of Figma for mockups and wireframes.Experience creating customer surveys (a plus).Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Salary & PerksCompetitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position.The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.Additional perks.We're a team that values growth and learning, so while we expect high performance, we also encourage questions, collaboration, and continuous development
