Summary of role
**Responsibilities**:
- Pick up, Follow up, Tracking and final delivery of Cross-Border shipments
- Accurate and professional follow up with customers
- Answer and/or proactive information to customers
- Negotiate rates with vendors (when needed)
- Enter all related data into system
- FTL, LTL and Consolidation operational knowledge
- Support Ground Budget
- Respond to incoming inquiries timely
- Achieve assigned targets (KPI's)
- Productivity of 75 shipments per month
- Follow up on every shipment within all important stages: pick up, transit stages, border-crossing, customs clearance and final delivery
- Input on time related information into Cargo wise system and financial system for each shipment
- On Time and proactive information with Customer
- KPI's may be adjusted or updated, however employee will be part of the change
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, transportation or similar preferred
Experience/Requirement
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Ground and Border Crossing Operations.
Technical Skill
- Microsoft Office
- Cargo Wise system preferred
- English basic spoken and written
