**We are searching for the best talent for Regional Market Access Senior Specialist to be in Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Panama, Dominican Republic, or Guatemala****Purpose**:You will be responsible of coordinating a multidisciplinary team in the design, construction, and delivery of dossiers for HTA submissions of priority molecules in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
As member of the regional Market Access Team and HEOR Center of Excellence (CoE), the Senior Specialist has a wide perspective of the strategy of each therapeutic area in those countries under the role's scope, with active participation in the strategic conversations with local access and leadership teams.
**You will be responsible for**:- Manage & develop reimbursement dossiers based on Mexican / Central American / Caribbean specific requirements.- Develop value tools (economic models, systematic literature revisions, mini-dossiers) that can be easily adapted to clinical and non-clinical decision makers.- Conduct quality control and compliance review of the dossiers sent to decision-making bodies (public and private).- Analyze and provide input for local reimbursement strategies.- Develop health economics competitive intelligence based on data available in the public domain.
**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in actuarial, economics or health related areas.- Master's or Diploma in Pharmacoeconomics, Public Health, Epidemiology or similar.- HTA training (preferred).- High technical knowledge in health economics / pharmacoeconomics.- Experience with negotiation conversations with key external stakeholders for access decisions.- Teamwork capabilities.- Experience on collaborating with other areas as Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs and Patient Advocacy to analyze external insights and develop Market Access Strategy.- Previous published articles, posters or abstracts on health economics topics (preferred).- Attention to detail.- Negotiation skills- Project management capabilities.- Oral & written communication skills.- Analytical and strategic thinking.- Capacity to translate information into valuable insights.- People leadership experience (preferred).- Advanced level of English (oral, written).- International travel percentage: 5%.- Position can be based in México, VeneCenca region, Colombia
