Lead deployment of logistic operational global documents at cluster level including Mexico, Latin America South, Latin America North, Central America and Caribbean and Brazil. This position will foster process improvements, leveraging best practices across the LATAM regional, leading quality forums considering clusters SMEs.This role will also act as PMO supporting CQx on the strategy and execution, considering road map, G&Os definition, governance models, as well as, supporting on CQx Framework, quality culture and communications.On this role, this person will report to Regional CQx Sr. Manager and work closely to CQ regional leaders, ensuring quality & compliance at Janssen commercial process, minimizing quality risks to our patients, as well as improving experiences of our commercial partners and cross functional teams.**You will be responsible for**:- Represent LATAM region at global forums considering Global documents and technical forums and raise LATAM necessities.- Lead regional deployments and coach SMEs when represented by local CQ SMEs during global and regional forums- Represent Pharm CQ at Deliver forums such as; improvements projects, CIPs and metrics. Capture necessities and formulate CQ proposals to mitigate risks and for improvements as well.- Interface with CQSS related to R&R and related processes following ICQA instructions
