.**Cross-sell Marketing Manager**The Cross-sell Marketing Manager is an individual responsible for the quality and timely delivery of marketing activities focused on the cross sell strategy and the business, in alignment with the brand identity and established growth goals, all in strict adherence to the processes and standards established to keep a controlled environment. Also, the position needs to track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns as well as business KPIs, make decisions based on analytics metrics, create insights that support best practices in online and offline communication channels, managing and executing within budget.As part of this role, you will also need to be a creative problem solver with a customer-centric oriented, all while working as part of a dedicated cross sell marketing team.Tasks- Organize, prioritize and attend to the tasks of the projects and guarantee the correct execution.- Caring for the customer experience in their customer journey- Identify and close gaps in available metrics and measurement along the entire cross-sell funnel.- Identify and analyze the performance of digital media and social networks through metrics to drive sales and channel performance.- Collaborate with coworkers in product, digital, data, retail, compliance, legal, and other areas to ensure successful execution of ad campaigns (online & offline) and deliver a great end-to-end customer journey.- Work in interdisciplinary teams to generate improvement strategies for bank products.
