**Job Purpose**:
Capture and disseminate the needs of Original Equipment customers, through close contact with each one of them, so that these are transformed into internal requirements and are met with quality and timeliness; and achieve total customer satisfaction. At the same time, it is responsible for spreading teamwork to provide the necessary service to internal/external customers and to be able to meet common goals in the case of customers (on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction in response and attention) in order to ensure that it complies with the internal, customer, corporate and IATF 16949 requirements. ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Capture, interpret and inform all productive areas about customer requirements and coordinate activities related to the fulfillment of these needs, so that they are satisfied with quality and timeliness. Work together with production schedulers and Customer Service Rep to meet the company's objectives. Coordinate activities related to the fulfillment of Client requirements Provide accurate and timely information to customers on the status of the delivery of their products, in order to achieve reliability of the same, following the systems of each of the customers by virtual means and thus be able to schedule production in a timely manner without affecting efficiency. Provide the necessary production tools to all areas involved, according to the needs detected, in order to meet the needs of customers. Coordinate and plan the production and delivery of prototypes to customers in order to obtain their approval and start production. Meet past due goal in production and plan to avoid affecting internal/external customers. Must be able to negotiate with internal/external customers and respond with recovery plans and shipments.
