**Summary (About this Position)**:
To provide quality support to CS Americas plants and be the liaison with our customer Yazaki (not excluded to support other customers) to carry out a direct relationship with the Customer and grant him a better and faster service.
**Your Role (i.e.
Key Job Responsibilities)**:
- Aptiv Customer Support Engineer representative to Yazaki
- Analyze quality issues at customer location before these hits Aptiv Scorecard
- Response quality complaints reported on the customer portal (GQRS)
- Follow up quality alerts previously submitted by our manufacturing plants
**Your Required Background (i.e.
Must Haves)**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering
- Bilingual, Spanish & English (Fluid), Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
**Your Preferred Background (i.e.
Nice to Haves)**:
- Experience in the automotive industry desirable in Quality Areas
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e.
Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.)
- Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics
- Resourcefully innovative and adapts in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently
- Strong presence, poise and persuasiveness to establish a high level of credibility quickly
