.SGI Global LLC is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking CSI Program Assistantto support the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) in Mexico City, Mexico, which requires professional and administrative support services to work with the U.S. Foreign Assistance Program to Mexico.Qualifications: Mexican Citizen or Third Country National.Spanish FSI level 4/4.English FSI level 3/3. Bachelor's degree in international relations, criminal justice, law enforcement, social sciences, or associate degree with five (5) years related experience from an accredited institution or; ten (10) years of related experience in the justice sector, law enforcement, international development, international affairs, or public administration.A combination of five (5) years of experience on an administrative position within a professional setting, with a minimum for three (3) years' experience in program implementation.Ability to pass a U.S. Embassy RSO security background check. Ability to deal effectively with senior U.S. and GOM officials.Experience in drafting and authoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.Duties:The position is located in Mexico City, Mexico. Travel to other locations in Mexico, the United States and other countries may be required.Applies knowledge of Mexican security and justice institutions and their role in implementing Mexican justice-related strategies.Communicates clearly in written and oral contexts with diverse audiences ranging from senior U.S. and GOM officials to the end users of CSI donations and trainings.Manages all administrative aspects of trainings and study tours, including protocol and visa arrangements, vetting clearances, and logistical coordination, ensuring a positive and productive experience for high-level officials.Implements higher-order event, programmatic, and logistical planning like analyzing and adapting training curricula based on real-time feedback from GOM partners, ensuring program relevance and effectiveness.Oversees the financial and end-use data entry and reporting for multiple INL projects, maintaining meticulous accuracy and adherence to INL accounting standards.Anticipates potential program needs and proactively develops solutions to ensure seamless implementation.Actively contributes to the entire project lifecycle, playing a key role in initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure stages, ensuring efficient progress and optimal outcomes.For data calls and other requests, supports the Program Manager in achieving strategic objectives by utilizing data analysis to optimize resource allocation, enhance program reach, and deliver impactful results.Develop insightful and actionable reports that proactively identify critical trends, anticipate challenges, and guide strategic program adjustments; maintains comprehensiveCSI project documentation accordingly
