Reporting to the CSP Customer Fulfillment Manager, the main duties revolve around flawless execution of end-to-end delivery of customer products and services with minimum costs to the overall business.Responsibilities include:Interfacing with customers face-to-face and internally with order execution, TSS, engineering, quality, and global logistics to ensure all areas are working together in support of the best customer solution.Driving OE to achieve production/ship targets in line with SLA and critical customer situations.Engaging in daily production meetings and supporting daily executive management calls/meetings.Generating monthly production commits schedule and managing on a week-to-week basis with execution.Driving material supply issues to closure and ensuring maximum capacity is utilized on a daily basis.Working constantly to implement new management systems to improve efficiency and benefit Lenovo and customers.Experience required:Good English language proficiency essential.Degree educated in a relevant discipline or supply/manufacturing operations experience would be advantageous.Advanced Excel skills plus knowledge of SAP ECC, IPS, BSR.Experience of operating efficiently within a tight schedule.Excellent communication skills and confidence to present to the executive management team.Highly customer-focused with effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.Must have a can-do attitude, work well under pressure, and be flexible in approach to work.Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a real desire to succeed.If you require accommodation to complete this application, please ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
