We are currently hiring new team members in Mexico for a customer service solution for Auto Dealerships in the United States. We currently have 30+ agents working from home for them, so we know it's a very stable position.Our client provides customer retention solutions for the automobile industry including Manufacturers and dealerships in the US.Some of the services they include:Inbound Appointment Call SchedulingRecall SupportService CRM ToolsOutbound Call CampaignsSMS Texting Platform (Advisor to Consumer)Mobile Payment Platform (Advisor to Consumer)**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentRESPONSIBILITIES:In this role, consultants will accept and handle inbound calls from dealership customers with the intention of a final resolution.This includes:Inbound Appointment/ Advisor/ Dealership RequestsCoordinate / Schedule Customer Service AppointmentsUse Scripts to Help Guide Each CallManage and Document Process in respective CRM tool and Software(s)REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:Laptop/ Desktop with i5 processor and 8GB RAM or higherHard wired internetUSB headsetSchedule notes:40 hours/week5 days/week with one weekend and one weekday offQUALIFICATIONS:- Excellent English skills (verbal and written)- 1 year of recent customer service experience in an English-speaking call center environment.- 35+ WPM- Professional and friendly phone skills- Ability to work a flexible schedule- Ability to multi-task and use multiple software(s) concurrently- Friendly & empatheticTo apply, please reply to this with your resume.**Thank you!**Pay: $115.00 - $125.00 per hour**Experience**:- Customer Service: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
