About The RoleUber Freight is seeking customer service professionals with expertise in Transportation, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Our specialists will oversee Full-Truckload (FTL), ensuring precise and prompt product pick-up and delivery in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, all while delivering outstanding customer service.What the Candidate Will DoCommunicate any service issues to customer and FTL teamIdentify and update status on which carrier missed pick-up or delivery; provide sufficient comments for communication to customerMonitor and troubleshoot any problems to ensure on time serviceProactively place loads back on board for pick-up as required and schedule when neededMonitor delivery when necessaryUpdate load status in system, e.G., loaded, pick-up, delivery, empty, etc.Notify Shipper of load status and adjust pick-up/schedule delivery with carrier when necessaryAnswer incoming calls, assess customer requirements, and respond/action accordinglyAddress all BPO, customer, carrier escalations promptly and within a 1 hour SLA.Understand the shipper platform tool to troubleshoot customer account issues logging in.Basic QualificationsOne year of customer or carrier-facing work experienceExcellent English language skills – verbal and writtenPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of Full Truck Load Freight IndustryMicrosoft Excel— knowledge of Microsoft Excel including but not limited to VLookup, Pivot Tables and advanced formulasMicrosoft Outlook - knowledge of Outlook, including skills in composing and sending emails, as well as attaching files.#J-18808-Ljbffr
