About the Role Uber Freight is seeking customer service professionals with expertise in Transportation, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Our specialists will oversee Full-Truckload (FTL), ensuring precise and prompt product pick-up and delivery in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, all while delivering outstanding customer service. What the Candidate Will Do Communicate any service issues to customer and FTL team Identify and update status on which carrier missed pick-up or delivery; provide sufficient comments for communication to customer Monitor and troubleshoot any problems to ensure on time service Proactively place loads back on board for pick-up as required and schedule when needed Monitor delivery when necessary Update load status in system, e.G., loaded, pick-up, delivery, empty, etc. Notify Shipper of load status and adjust pick-up/schedule delivery with carrier when necessary Answer incoming calls, assess customer requirements, and respond/action accordingly Address all BPO, customer, carrier escalations promptly and within a 1 hour SLA. Understand the shipper platform tool to troubleshoot customer account issues logging in. Basic Qualifications One year of customer or carrier-facing work experience Excellent English language skills – verbal and written Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Full Truck Load Freight Industry Microsoft Excel— knowledge of Microsoft Excel including but not limited to VLookup, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas Microsoft Outlook - knowledge of Outlook, including skills in composing and sending emails, as well as attaching files. #J-18808-Ljbffr
