**Job Overview**: Outbound Lead Qualifier
**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Lead Engagement**: Conduct outbound calls to engage potential customers.
**Qualification**: Assess customer interest and availability for further discussion with an Assured Licensed Agent.
**Live Transfer**: Seamlessly transfer qualified consumers to a Licensed Agent.
**Schedule**:
Monday 6:00am to 4:00pm, Tuesday to Thursday 6:00am to 3:00pm, Friday 6:00am to 10:30am
**Requirements**:
Prior experience in a call center or a customer service role.
Proficient in both English and Spanish. (B2 or higher)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
