to join the pre-opening team at

SLS Playa Mujeres Cancun

. Under the guidance of the General Manager, the

Culinary Director

is expected to provide training for all staff, meet SLS quality standards, establish and enforce food specifications, portion control, recipes, and sanitation. You are also responsible for controlling food and labor costs, while maximizing guest satisfaction.
